Karl Dawson has been promoted to Production Manager at Bousfields

We are pleased to announce that Karl Dawson has been promoted to Production Manager at Bousfields.

Karl, who has been an integral part of Bousfields for nearly 12 years, steps into his new role after serving as Technical Manager.

His extensive experience and deep understanding of our production processes make him the perfect candidate to lead operations at our factory in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Since joining Bousfields in May 2013, Karl has played a crucial role in driving technical excellence, problem-solving, and ensuring the highest quality material fabrication across all of our projects, including our work at John F. Kennedy Airport and Manchester Airport.

Speaking about his new role, Karl Dawson said: “I’m thrilled to step into this role and continue working with such a skilled and dedicated team.

“Having been part of Bousfields for over a decade, I’ve seen firsthand the craftsmanship that goes into every project.

Bousfields, the fabrication arm of multi-award winning See Limited, has built a reputation for excellence in panel fabrication since 1949, and Karl’s dedication and expertise have been instrumental in the success of our fabrication services.

As Production Manager, Karl will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining the quality that Bousfields is renowned for, and driving continuous improvements in our team and our factory.
